ATC Text Messaging

Armstrong Tennis Center offers optional text messaging for customers who want to receive updates about tennis and pickleball reservations, clinics, group play, leagues, and other scheduled activities.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive ATC text messages in either of the following ways:

  • By text: Text JOIN to [ATC TEXTING NUMBER].
  • Verbally: Tell an Armstrong Tennis Center staff member in person or by phone that you agree to receive ATC customer care text messages.

ATC staff will record verbal consent before any text messages are sent.

What Messages You May Receive

Messages may include:

  • Requests asking whether you plan to participate in a scheduled tennis or pickleball activity
  • Participation confirmations after you reply YES or NO
  • Operational updates related to clinics, group play, leagues, tournaments, lessons, or other scheduled activities
  • Links to event information or other ATC resources
  • Contact information for instructors or ATC staff when appropriate

Armstrong Tennis Center does not enroll customers in SMS messaging solely because a phone number is present in our reservation or customer records.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on your participation in Armstrong Tennis Center activities.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt Out

You may stop receiving ATC text messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive additional ATC SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Verbal Consent

When customers choose to opt in verbally, Armstrong Tennis Center staff use language substantially similar to the following:

Would you like to receive text messages from Armstrong Tennis Center about tennis and pickleball reservations, clinics, group play, leagues, and other scheduled activities, including requests to confirm your participation? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If the customer agrees, ATC records the customer’s consent and the date and method by which it was provided.

Text Opt-In Confirmation

Customers who text JOIN to the ATC texting number will receive an enrollment confirmation similar to:

Armstrong Tennis Center: You are now enrolled to receive ATC text messages about tennis and pickleball reservations and scheduled activities. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP.

Consent Is Optional

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Armstrong Tennis Center.
