These Terms and Conditions govern the Armstrong Tennis Center (“ATC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Armstrong Tennis Center, you agree to these terms.

ATC Text Messaging Program

Armstrong Tennis Center uses text messaging to communicate with customers about tennis and pickleball reservations, clinics, group play, leagues, and other scheduled activities.

Messages may include requests asking whether you plan to participate in a particular scheduled activity. You may be asked to reply YES or NO to indicate your participation. Your response may be used to update the participant list for the corresponding activity in Armstrong Tennis Center’s reservation system.

Messages may also include confirmations and operational information concerning activities in which you participate.

Consent to Receive Messages

Customers may opt in to ATC text messages by providing verbal consent to Armstrong Tennis Center staff or by initiating an SMS opt-in using a published Armstrong Tennis Center texting number or keyword.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Armstrong Tennis Center.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your participation in Armstrong Tennis Center activities and the number of scheduled activities for which communications are necessary.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent to or received from Armstrong Tennis Center.

Opting Out

You may opt out of the Armstrong Tennis Center text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to an ATC text message.

After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages through the program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to the Program or Terms

Armstrong Tennis Center may modify or discontinue its text messaging program or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
