Lisa Palcic
IPTPA MASTER PROFESSIONAL • AUTHOR • PICKLEBALL INSTRUCTOR
Lisa Palcic is an IPTPA Master Professional with extensive experience teaching players and training instructors. She helped develop and implement the IPTPA national rating system and has led camps, clinics, and instructional programs around the country.
Lisa is also the author of The Complete Illustrated Guide to Pickleball. Her teaching emphasizes efficient mechanics, control, strategy, and helping players build a smarter and more confident game.

George Ouellette
DIRECTOR OF PICKLEBALL • IPTPA LEVEL I INSTRUCTOR
George Ouellette serves as Director of Pickleball at Armstrong Tennis Center and is an IPTPA Level I Instructor. He helps organize play, instruction, and events at Armstrong.
